640X512 Thermal Explosion-proof Network Camera

The IVEX-PL-1000SGT is a high-performance explosion-proof network thermal camera designed for reliable temperature monitoring and surveillance in hazardous industrial environments. Its electropolished AISI 316L stainless steel housing features IP67 protection and a durable germanium glass window with AR/DLC coating and protection grid. Certified for Gas Zone 1 & 2 and Dust Zone 21 & 22, the camera supports IECEx, ATEX, KCs and TS explosion-proof certifications. Equipped with a VOx uncooled FPA detector, it supports thermal imaging up to 640 × 512 resolution, 25Hz frame rate, and thermal sensitivity of ≤50mK@f#1.0. With temperature measurement from -20°C to +120°C (up to 550°C in high-temperature mode), high-temperature alarm, ONVIF Profile-S and PoE support, the IVEX-PL-1000SGT is well suited for thermal monitoring in demanding industrial applications.
